1. The window where we want the blind has a concrete lintel. Is this a problem?
Our fitters have tools for every eventuality. It might get a bit noisy or dusty but your blind will be installed.
2. Do you make roman blinds from supplied fabric?
We are no longer able to offer this service due to quality problems with supplied fabric. We do however have 1000,s of our own fabrics for you to choose from.
3. I am Moving house. Can you alter the blinds for my new house?
We can sometimes do this for vertical blinds and roller blinds. Other types cannot be altered. Please note we only alter blinds we have made.
4. Can I choose the control sides for my blinds?
You can choose control sides and bunching options for all blinds. This includes long controls for difficult to reach windows.
5. Can I have only the louvres replaced on my vertical blind as the rail seems in good condition?
Yes. Bring one louvre to the shop and choose the replacement fabric. Note: Some older rail systems are not compatible with our hanging system. In this case you would have to have the whole blind replaced.
6. What guarantee do you offer on your products?
We have now extended our guarantee period to 2 years for all products (All blinds fitted from January 2003). For Awnings the guarantee period is 5 Years. For Conservatory blinds we offer a Free First Service any time in the first 5 years after the fit. We can also offer an annual maintenance visit if you prefer for awnings and Conservatory Blinds..
